Today, the temperature has not been too hot or too cold, so I decided to go out for a walk after dinner.
It was nice to have some fresh air after being in front of a computer for the majority of the day.
I walked about 3.9km so it was not my longest walk but it still took about 40 minutes. I chose a bit of a different route so it was nice to have a bit of a different view!
Walking outside is still the best exercise, it both resets my brain and allows me to move the rest of my body! The weather also seems to be on an upward trend so everyone is hopeful the warmer weather will come soon!
