I have been a bit short of time today, so decided to try and make an efficient workout instead!
Focussing just on the lower body, I chose a 10 minute cardio workout which was super simple timing wise.
The 10 minutes was split into 4 minutes running on the spot, 1 minute stepping side to side, 4 minutes running on the spot and then finally 1 minute stepping side to side. I then made sure to stretch the legs afterwards.
It felt like a short run, but was actually very effective! Hopefully I have more time for the next workout though so I can change it up a bit!
