The weather is terrible today so I decided to do another exercise indoors instead! I mixed it up from last time to give it a bit of variety!
10 minutes of lower body cardio and then 10 minutes of upper body cardio!
The lower body cardio consisted of a circuit of 2 minutes running on the spot, 1 minute stepping side to side, repeated over the 10 minutes. The legs were burning by the end, it was definitely effective!
The upper body cardio consisted of 4 rounds with 30 seconds in between. Each round consisted of 30 second exercises of punching, upper cuts, hooks and jab, jab, cross. The short intervals makes the time go quickly!
I made sure to stretch after, my legs and arms definitely appreciated it!
It is so convenient to do a workout at home, will definitely be doing it again! I enjoyed it!
