Not strictly an exercise post!

Today’s post is not strictly a post about exercise. However it is about the music playlist I use when I am going for a walk, run or exercising at home.

I like to include upbeat songs, but the genre and type of songs are varied, anything from cheesy pop to rap to rock!

The current songs I have on repeat are as follows:
