After not having the greatest of days, I decided to do another home exercise workout.
I decided to do a similar exercise programme as before, but with a bit of a twist!
Firstly, I did four leg cardio exercises (stepping side to side, v steps, alternating knees and then back to stepping side to side) for 30 seconds each.
After a 30 second break, I then did four core exercises for 30 seconds each.
After another 30 second break, I then did arm cardio exercises (straight punches, upper cuts, hooks and punches on either side) for 30 seconds each.
I then decided to implement the twist! Holding / adding 2 kg weights in each hand whilst doing all the exercises again. It was definitely harder with the weights!
The whole programme took me 15 minutes plus a bit of stretching afterwards!
Doing exercise definitely helped me though! I will have to find other twists going forward to spice up the routines further!
